The Moon Festival is a special day in early fall. On the
evening of the Moon Festival, the moon is always full. Some
people believe that it is more beautiful, too! There are many
stories about the moon and the moon festival. One of the stories
is about Chang-Er, a woman who flew to the moon.
  During the Moon Festival, people like to go outdoors with
their families to look at the moon and have barbecues. Chinese
families eat moon cakes and pomelos on this day. Many moon
cakes are round like the moon and are the special food of this
festival. A pomelo is a large fruit. After eating the pomelos, some
parents make pomelo hats for their children. It’s fun!

      中秋节是初秋时特别的一天。中秋节的夜晚， 月亮总是圆的。许多人也
相信那天它更美丽！关于月亮和中秋节有许多故事。其中一个讲的是嫦娥奔
月的故事。
       过中秋节时，人们喜欢和家人到户外赏月和烤肉。中国人那天会吃月饼
和柚子。月饼是这个节日的特别食品，其形状像月亮。柚子是一种较大的水
果。吃完柚子后，许多父母会给他们的孩子做柚子帽。太有趣了！
